Personal branding matters for any business, and Kiltti is no exception. Kiltti is a coaching, consultancy, and training company based in Suffolk, run by Rachael and Dan.
As a personal coach, Rachael helps clients see that they already have the skills to reach their goals. Through kindness and a supportive space, she helps them overcome obstacles and build confidence. Coaching can address a wide range of issues, from weight loss, smoking, and relationships to career development, and even anxiety and depression when handled in a safe, comfortable setting.
Kiltti also offers consultancy for organisations developing a helpline or customer care line. Kiltti can help write or update policies and procedures and make sure they meet legislation.
Training is another strength. In partnership with Authentic Responses, Kiltti provides professional training for helpline and customer call staff, offered in a range of formats and prices to suit different organisations.
Rachael brings a wealth of experience in helpline operations, training, and quality to Kiltti. She offers practical guidance and best practice while recognising the particular challenges each service faces.
I had the pleasure of photographing Kiltti’s personal branding images for their website and social media. We wanted to show off Suffolk, so we shot in the coastal town of Southwold. The results capture Kiltti and the work they do.
