Multiple People, One Session
Got a team that all needs headshots? I can photograph multiple people in a single studio session. One session fee covers everyone, each person then chooses the images they want, and the more images the team orders collectively, the better the rate.
One session fee, shared
The session cost is the same whether you bring one person or ten. The more people, the better the value per head.
Pricing for teams and groups
The per-image rate is tiered, so for a larger team the cost per image steps down as more are ordered from the session. Tell me your team size and I'll work out the figure before you book.
Studio or on location
Sessions run from the Rendlesham studio. I can also come to your workplace if that works better for your team.

On-location headshot sessions
If you would prefer me to come to your workplace or chosen location, I can do that too. On-location headshot sessions are available for an additional £20, making the session fee £100 instead of the standard £80 studio rate. This is a good option if you would like your headshots taken in your own working environment or if visiting the studio is less convenient.
Ordering several images
If you're ordering several images from your session, the per-image rate is tiered, so the cost per image steps down as you add more. I'm happy to go through the options with you before you book.
Corporate and business headshots
A good headshot does a straightforward job. It tells people who you are before you have said a word. Whether it ends up on LinkedIn, your company website, or a press release, it needs to look like you at your best, not a passport photo or something grabbed on a phone.
I work with business owners, directors, employees, and anyone who needs a professional portrait for work. There is no particular type of person this is for. If you need a decent headshot, that is enough.
The studio is at Rendlesham, just outside Woodbridge in Suffolk, about 15 miles from Ipswich. If you want to talk through what you need before booking, just get in touch.

The session itself is only one part of the process. After the shoot, each chosen image is individually edited and refined, with attention given to colour, tone, contrast, and the overall finish of the photograph. This post-production work takes time and experience, and is a key part of how the final images are produced. My per-image pricing reflects that work, rather than simply the moment the shutter is pressed.
Edited Image Pricing
My edited image pricing works on a tiered structure. This means the price reduces in stages as more images are ordered, but only for the images within that stage.
For example, the first 5 edited images are charged at £30 each. If you order more than 5, images 6 to 10 are charged at £25 each. This does not mean that all 10 images are charged at £25 each. The earlier images remain at their original rate.
The £80 booking fee is non-refundable. It secures your session and comes off your total, so it's a deposit, not an extra. The prices in the table below are for edited images only.

Important to Know
- Pricing is tiered, not flat rate.
- Moving into the next tier does not reduce the price of the earlier images.
- The tiered rate applies only to images ordered from the same session.
- The total cost depends on the number of edited images selected.
How the editing works
You choose your images from the gallery first, then I invoice you for those. Editing starts once the invoice is paid. Nothing is edited until you’ve picked your images, so you only ever pay for the ones you want. Your finished images are ready in 5 to 10 working days.
If you return at a later date to order more edited photos from the same session, your previous order from that session will be taken into account when calculating the price of the new images. This means the tiered pricing will continue from where your earlier order left off. Please note that this applies only to additional image orders from the same session.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. However, where an order has been placed but payment has not yet been made, the quoted price will be honoured for one calendar month from the date the order was placed.

STUDIO SHOOT
The studio is located at Bentwaters Parks, 10 miles east-northeast of Ipswich, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, and is very easy to find. There is a 4-hour time limit for a studio session, but it usually takes 1 to 2 hours. There is ample parking, and facilities include a changing room.
CLIENT GALLERY
Online password-protected gallery (time-limited to 8 weeks).
DIGITAL IMAGES
There is a £30 charge per digital image that you would like to have edited. Each digital image will be a high-resolution JPEG image plus a low-resolution version for your social media and website profile. Also, a license for full personal printing and for use online, because we think you should be able to print and share your images as your heart desires.
As a Suffolk-based headshot and commercial photographer, I aim to capture the personality of the person behind the business. My role is to portray you in your very best light, giving you the best profile picture. My experience includes taking headshots from all types of businesses, from large to small.
