Personal branding photography in Suffolk

Personal branding photography is for people whose face is part of what they sell. Business owners, freelancers, coaches and consultants. These images were made for websites, newsletters, social media and press, and each session was planned around where the pictures were going to be used rather than around a set list of shots.

What it is, next to a headshot

A headshot answers “who are you”. Personal branding photography answers “what do you do, and what is it like to work with you”. One portrait against one background will not carry a website, a year of social media and a press release. A branding session is built to produce a set you can keep drawing on.

What a session usually covers

Portraits in a few different looks, so the same face does not appear in every post. You at work, in your own space or in my studio. Details of what you make, or the tools you use. Wider frames with space around the subject, which matters more than people expect once a designer needs to put text over an image.

Talking it through first

Every enquiry gives you the option of a call before you commit. With branding work that conversation matters more than usual, because the images have to suit where you are going to put them. Book a free call, send a WhatsApp message or ring me, whichever suits you.

Where the shoot happens

At my Rendlesham studio, at your premises, or on location. Branding sessions usually work better somewhere connected to the work itself.

Common questions

Should we shoot at your studio or at my premises?

Either works. Your own premises tie the pictures to the work you do. My studio gives you a private space with professional lighting and room for several looks. We can decide on the call.

How do I get to the studio?

It's at Base Business Park in Rendlesham, near Woodbridge, with free parking directly outside and two steps down into the studio. Wickham Market station is five minutes away. Send me your train times and I'll collect you and take you back afterwards.
