Due to the nature of the business, I don’t keep regular 9 -5 hours and work when necessary.
Most of my pet portraits are done in the studio but I am very happy doing location shoots as well.

There is plenty of parking available, There are two steps into the studio, that some might need to consider.
Yes, my studio set-up is completely mobile, but this may add extra costs.
We are always updating the blog and website as well as entering competitions and applying for qualifications.
We may, therefore, want to use some of your images for this but you can rest assured we will ask for permission first. We always respect your privacy and if you do not want this that’s absolutely fine.
Because of storage costs and physical space, the images are kept up to 1 year after your session.
Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 the Copyright remains with the photographer. This means it is illegal to copy or scan the images without written permission. However, we do offer digital packages should you wish to share your images on a non-commercial basis.
Yes. All our bookings are scheduled prior to the shoot at a convenient time and date. This can be done via a link to my online booking calendar or just give me a call and we’ll be happy to arrange one for you.
Yes, I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
Usually, pet portraits take an hour but I never put a time limit due to the nature of pet portraits and animals are renowned for not playing ball. I try to make coming to my portrait shoots as stress-free as possible. I find if customers feel that there is a time restraint then the stress they feel transfers to the pet.
I will always try my best to accommodate any changes that may occur and reschedule, I am very aware that things like the weather are completely out of people’s control. Please see our terms of business regarding shoot cancellations that will be in the terms and conditions that are sent with the quote.
I have a secure password-protected Online digital gallery which you can share with your friends and family. This is normally the first stage after the shoot is over – usually within two weeks. In this order, you can choose at leisure in the comfort of your own home which photos you would like.
Yes, indeed I have my own suppliers that deal with album printing, canvas wall art, all prints etc. Please feel free to ask about what I can supply for you.
A family of four can fit in the studio at any one time depending on your shoot type. However, we suggest keeping to the smallest possible number of guests. Especially with pets, I have found that I limit the number of people in the studio. I do have a waiting room that other members of the group can use whilst I take the pet portraits. The studio has CCTV which allows you to watch from the comfort of the waiting room.
Yes, happy to. If there is extensive editing this may incur an extra charge.
