Professional photographer in Suffolk
Headshots, personal branding, commercial and portrait photography, from my studio at Bentwaters.
I am Bob Foyers, a professional photographer working across Suffolk from my studio at Base Business Park in Rendlesham, near Woodbridge. I have been photographing professionally since 2013 and have worked from this studio since 2019.
Most of what I do is headshots, personal branding and commercial photography for businesses, alongside portraits, family sessions and pet photography for private clients. Everything is shot to a brief and delivered ready to use, whether that is for a website, LinkedIn, print or a press release.
I am a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers and of the Royal Photographic Society. You deal with me from the first enquiry through to the finished photographs.

What it costs
Pricing works two ways depending on the job.
Headshots, portraits and personal branding are priced per image. There is an £80 booking fee for a studio session, or £100 if I come to you, and it comes off your total rather than being added to it. Packages are £110 for one edited image, £170 for three and £280 for seven. Extra images start at £30 and the price drops as you order more.
Commercial work is priced by time rather than per image, based on the length of the job, the brief, the location and how much post-production it needs. The minimum booking is £250 for the first two hours, then £100 for each additional hour. Product photography starts at £150.
One booking fee covers a whole group, whether that is one person or ten. Everybody picks their own images afterwards, and because the order goes in together the whole team lands in a cheaper band. Full pricing for every service is on the rates page.
What you get, and what you can do with it
Each edited image arrives as a high resolution file for print and a smaller version sized for web and social media, with a full personal print licence included.
Everything from the session goes into a private gallery, password protected and open for eight weeks. You can take your time choosing, and share the link with whoever else needs to see them.
Business use is licensed separately, at three levels depending on where the pictures are going: editorial and personal, commercial, or advertising. The image licence page sets out what each one covers.
How a booking works
Every enquiry comes with the option of a call first. Some people want to talk it through before committing to a date, others book and then we have the conversation. Both are normal, and the call costs nothing.
Once a date is in, you can reach me on WhatsApp, by video call or on the phone for anything that comes up beforehand. For a team booking that usually means working out a running order and timings in advance.
You can book a free fifteen minute call or go straight to the booking page.
The studio at Rendlesham
The studio is at Unit 5 Allied House, Base Business Park in Rendlesham, on the former RAF Bentwaters site near Woodbridge. It is a purpose built photography studio with professional lighting, a range of backdrops, changing facilities, and free parking directly outside.
It is around fifteen minutes from Woodbridge and thirty from Ipswich. For teams, I can bring the lighting to your premises and set up in a meeting room instead, which is usually easier than moving eight people across the county.
Where I work in Suffolk
On the coast I cover Southwold, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Sizewell, Leiston and Felixstowe.
Inland and through the market towns I work in Woodbridge, Framlingham, Saxmundham and Halesworth, and in the larger towns of Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
I also work over the border into north Essex, including Colchester.
If your town is not listed, it does not mean I will not come. Get in touch and we can work out whether it stacks up.
Common questions
Where is your studio?
My studio is at Base Business Park, Rendlesham, near Woodbridge, Suffolk, IP12 2TZ. There is free parking directly outside.
Which parts of Suffolk do you cover?
All of it. I work from Ipswich and Woodbridge across to the coast at Southwold, Aldeburgh and Felixstowe, and inland to Bury St Edmunds. I also cover north Essex.
Do you photograph on location?
Yes. For commercial work, personal branding and family sessions I photograph on location anywhere in Suffolk, as well as at the studio.
How much are headshots?
Packages start at £110, which covers the session and one edited image. £170 gets you three and £280 gets you seven. The £80 booking fee is part of that total, not an extra on top.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, sessions are by appointment. You can get in touch through the contact form or on WhatsApp to check availability.
Can you photograph our whole team?
Yes, and one booking fee covers the group whether that is one person or ten. Everybody chooses their own images afterwards. I can bring the lighting to your premises and set up in a meeting room, which is usually easier than moving a team across the county.
What do I actually receive?
Each edited image comes as a high resolution file for print and a smaller version sized for web and social media, with a full personal print licence. Business use is licensed separately, and the licence page explains the three levels.
How long do I have to choose my images?
Your gallery is private, password protected, and stays open for eight weeks.
Can I talk to you before I book?
Yes. A free fifteen minute call is usually the quickest way to work out which session you need. Plenty of people book first and we talk afterwards, which is just as normal.
