Pet Photography
Pet photography in Suffolk
Pet portraits made at my studio in Rendlesham, mostly dogs, on plain backgrounds where nothing competes with the animal. Studio light is kinder to fur and whiskers than a window is, and it means the session does not depend on the weather.
Dogs do not stay the same for long
Puppies change month to month, and older dogs change in quieter ways. A good number of these portraits were taken because someone wanted a proper picture of their dog while they had the chance, rather than another phone snap on the sofa. It is one of the most common reasons people get in touch.
What a session involves
Bring your dog, and bring whoever they behave best for. Sessions are short by design, because most animals give you their best twenty minutes and then lose interest. I would rather work quickly and get it than keep going until everyone is fed up.
Sausage dogs in particular
Dachshunds turn up often enough here that they have a site of their own. If you have come looking specifically for sausage dog photography, that is where to go.
Talking it through first
Every enquiry gives you the option of a call before you commit to anything. You can book a free call, send a WhatsApp message or ring me, whichever suits you.
What a pet session costs
Pet portrait pricing is set out on its own page.
