I love working with talented artists to create striking imagery, and it is one of the most rewarding parts of this job. Recently I collaborated with Sweet FX’s Courtney and model Myah on a shoot built around cherry blossom with a Rorschach test twist, and it was a real delight.
The team was a photographer, a makeup artist and a model, all working towards one idea. Myah was exceptional, bringing her own style and personality to the shoot. Courtney aimed for a moody, upset look and worked cherry blossom and Rorschach test elements into the makeup to get there.
I had a few outfits on hand that suited the mood, and Myah looked stunning in each. The final images captured the theme exactly, showing the talent and dedication of everyone involved. My studio in Bentwaters, Suffolk gave us the perfect space, with plenty of natural light and room to work.
The collaboration was seamless, with a shared vision and real commitment to the craft. The result was a success, and I am already looking forward to the next project together.
