Property Photography Rates for Holiday Lets, Estate Agents and Landlords

Property photography is a working tool. The pictures decide whether someone clicks your listing or scrolls past it, and on Airbnb, Rightmove or a letting agent’s site you are competing with everything else on the page. The job is to show rooms at their true size, hold the light in the windows and keep the verticals straight, so what the pictures promise is what the guest or buyer finds when they arrive.

I photograph properties for holiday let owners, serviced accommodation operators, estate agents, letting agents and landlords across Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire. Interiors, exteriors and gardens, shot for listings, brochures and booking platforms.

  • There is no booking fee on property work. The rate above is the rate.
  • Mileage is charged at £0.60 per mile from Bentwaters, Suffolk.
  • Several properties in the same area can usually be photographed on the same day, which keeps the mileage down.
  • The number of images depends on the property. I would rather supply the right coverage than a fixed number that leaves a room out.
  • Images are released once the invoice has been paid in full.

Holiday lets and short stay accommodation

Most of the properties I photograph now are holiday lets, and they need a different approach from a house going on the market. A buyer views before committing. A guest books from the photographs alone, so the images have to be accurate as well as attractive.

Preparing the property

Beds made, surfaces cleared, bins out of shot, bulbs working, cars off the drive. A property that is ready when I arrive photographs better and takes less time.
