Hi all! Firstly let me apologise for the lack of blog posts lately, Christmas quickly rolled by and the new year began with some private commission work, a commercial shoot and preparation for a wedding later in the month. I did have a chance to meet up with Cailen however, who is embarking on a career as a fitness instructor and personal trainer- just the person who makes you wish you’d not eaten quite so many mince pies over the festive season!
Cailen contacted me to arrange a commercial photo shoot for promotional purposes. After a great discussion about his new website and the way he wanted it to look, we met up in the studio. It wasn’t long before Cailen’s enthusiasm for his work shone through and I was soon getting some great, and varied shots. It was requested that we got a ‘mixed bag’ of images so that Cailen had plenty of stock images for future use on his website and social media (you can follow Cailen via his Instagram, Facebook & Twitter pages).
For those wishing to get in shape this year I can thoroughly recommend getting in touch with Cailen. He has a wealth of knowledge on training and nutrition and his lively and friendly personality go hand in hand with working on a one to one basis as well as leading group sessions.
