Little Black Dress a Timeless classic
The little black dress (LBD) photo-shoot is the first portrait session of the year! With the holiday season and Christmas and New year parties over. I thought that I would take the opportunity, whilst the lovely Steffi had a few more days holiday from work, to capture this iconic little black dress.
LBD that is the quintessential nod to the party season and is a must to most ladies wardrobes.
Being acutely aware of its powerful history and how so many famous females throughout the 20th Century have contributed to its iconic and timeless style status.
The little black dress may have been introduced by Coco Chanel. Most notable Audrey Hepburn in the film “breakfast at tiffany’s” who made the garment famous.
Worn by other beautiful actress of the silver screen like Grace Kelly (Rear Window), Marilyn Monroe (The Asphalt Jungle) and Sophia Loren (That Kind of Woman).
