Based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, Grandissimo Roses is a company specialising in the preservation of real roses which can last up to an astounding three years. Laurian and Bianca started the business after Laurian discovered a gap in the market after trying to purchase something similar for Bianca. Having then painstakingly (and rather romantically) made a floral arrangement by himself, Laurian saw fit to turn his creation into a business venture, and Grandissimo Roses was born!
Laurian and Bianca are wonderful clients and understand the importance of professional imagery across social media and on their website, and how this can in turn impact sales. With Valentine’s Day fast approaching it was essential to have the photos shot and edited in time for the most romantic day of the year when sales of roses spike enormously. The products were placed on a plain, clean white background to ensure that the focus was solely on the roses, and for maximum professionalism. I would normally do product photography on my own in the studio but Laurian and Bianca asked if they could come along, which I both encouraged and enjoyed. When time is of the essence this is a great idea as feedback is instant and any changes that need to be made can be done there and then, saving both parties time.
It was also requested that we set up a new Facebook profile picture and cover photo for the company which was accomplished quickly with Laurian and Bianca’s input. We also took a behind the scenes video (also at request) for use on their Instagram page. It was a pleasure to work with this dynamic duo and I wish them every success for the future and in particular a busy Valentine’s day.
