Collaborating with Courtney of Sweet FX for a Victorian Twist on a Gothic Marie Antoinette Photoshoot
It’s been a couple of weeks since the makeup photoshoot with Courtney of Sweet FX and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure to work with such a talented and incredible artist. This collaboration between the three of us – photographer, makeup artist, and model – was a truly unique and memorable experience.
The Theme
The theme of the photoshoot was a Victorian twist on a Gothic Marie Antoinette. Holly, our model, brought her own outfits with a vintage look and corsets that matched and suited the shoot perfectly. Courtney was going for a moody, upset look and used a lot of oranges and pinks in the makeup to achieve this. The result was stunning, with the final images perfectly capturing the mood and theme of the shoot.
The Location
The photoshoot took place at Foyers Photography studio in Bentwaters, Suffolk. It was a brilliant success and I’m already looking forward to our next photoshoot together in the new year.
