How many times have you been to an event and met someone you’ve clicked with and wanted to connect with online for business purposes? How many times have you scoured the internet looking for a said person? A good, current headshot provides a strong visual cue. Unlike portraits, headshots are face centric, and it is vital that the person being photographed is captured in a way as to reflect their genuine likeness. Headshots are almost always used to attract job opportunities or for use on company websites or LinkedIn. It is therefore key that both the subject and photography look professional and in keeping with their line of work.

It is my job to provide you with images that portray your confidence, friendliness and most importantly approachability. These photos are likely to be the first thing a potential employer or professional sees of you and so good first impressions are essential. Not only does a good headshot make you look professional, it makes you feel professional. People are more likely to invest in you or your business if you have first invested in yourself.
I recently spent some time in the studio with Martin who was looking to update his headshots. Your headshot profile should only be updated yearly. This allows for adaptations as you age and change appearance, yet is not so frequent that viewers become confused with a constant change of photo.
Sessions at my Suffolk studio tend to take between 1 and 2 hours however I do not set a time limit so there is no pressure on either party. I charge £80 for a studio headshot session and digital images are priced at £35 each. For further information or to see other examples of headshots see my website.
