Once you click Book Now, you’ll be guided through a simple form to share your details. After submitting the form, you’ll be prompted to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your spot.

What happens next?
You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with:

• Your session date, time, and location
• A reschedule link, in case you need to change your appointment

📱 You’ll also get an automated text message just to check the email didn’t land in your spam folder. No reply needed, just make sure everything’s arrived safely.

To help you feel prepared, you’ll receive a reminder email and text message a day or two before your shoot.

📩 The email will include:

• A checklist of what to bring
• Any specific prep tips for your session type
• Directions and parking info (if shooting at the studio or on location)

📱 The text message is a friendly nudge to check your inbox and feel confident heading into the shoot. No stress, no surprises, just a smooth experience from start to finish.

Whether it’s in the studio or on location, everything will be set and ready when you arrive.

🏠 At the Studio
There’s plenty of free parking, and I’m always there before the scheduled time. If you arrive early, no problem, just come on in and make yourself at home.

🌿 On Location
I’ll be on-site, set up, and ready to go before you arrive, so we can start smoothly and make the most of the light and location.

🧘 The Experience
I aim to keep the shoot calm, relaxed, and enjoyable. I totally understand that not everyone loves being in front of the camera, and that’s okay. I’ll guide you gently through the process to help you feel confident, and together we’ll create your best images.

Within 48 hours, I’ll upload your proof images to a private, password-protected online gallery.

• The gallery link
• Your unique password to access the images

Take your time reviewing the proofs and choosing your favourites. No rush, this part should feel just as easy as the shoot itself.

Now it’s your turn to choose the images you love.

Whether you’ve booked a package that includes images, or you’re selecting à la carte, you can make your choices directly from your gallery. Once you’ve made your final selection, just drop me a quick message to let me know, this is when editing begins.

💡 There’s no pressure to order everything at once. If you decide later that you’d like more, you’re always welcome to add on.

Once you’ve confirmed your image selection:

• If your chosen images are included in your package, I’ll get straight to work on editing, no extra steps needed.
• If you’ve selected additional images, I’ll send you an invoice. As soon as payment is received, editing begins.

🎨 Every image is carefully edited by hand with attention to detail, ensuring they look their absolute best.

Once your invoice is paid (or if the images are part of a package), I’ll begin editing your selected images.

⏳ Turnaround time:
Editing takes 5 to 10 working days, depending on the number of images and the style of the shoot.

🪄 Each photograph is carefully and professionally edited by hand, I take pride in making sure every final image reflects your personality and looks its absolute best.

Once your images are edited, you’ll receive an email with everything you need:

• A link to your gallery
• Your password
• A 4-digit PIN to unlock the download options

🖼️ This is your chance to make sure you’re happy with the final edits. If something doesn’t feel quite right, just let me know, I want you to love your images.

📁 From the gallery, you can download:

• High-resolution images, 4,000 pixels on the longest side (large enough to print up to A3)
• Web-resolution images (ideal for social media and websites)

👉 Top tip: I recommend downloading both versions to keep your files versatile and future-proof.

Want to turn your images into something you can touch and treasure?

From your gallery, you’ll have the option to order professional prints and wall art. If you’d like to do this, please make sure to only use the final edited images, I can’t be responsible for poor results if you print from the low-resolution proof versions.

Your online gallery will remain live for 3 months from the date of delivery.

After that, it will be automatically removed unless you get in touch to request an extension. I’m always happy to keep it up longer if needed, just let me know before the deadline.
