What to Wear & Bring for Your Social Media Shoot
The goal of a social media session is a bank of on-brand content, multiple looks and setups in one shoot, ready to feed your grid, stories and reels for weeks.
Posting consistently is the hard part of social media. A single well-planned session takes that pressure off, giving you a stock of varied, on-brand images so you are not scrambling for something to post every few days.
Start here
The basics
Bring several outfit changes
Each new look multiplies your usable content. More changes mean more posts from a single session.
Shoot for every format
We frame vertical for stories and reels as well as square for the grid, so nothing needs awkward cropping later.
Bring what you sell
Your products, packaging or the props that show what you do give your feed substance, not just portraits.
Vary your colours
A run of similar shots looks repetitive. Varying colour across looks gives your feed range and rhythm.
Keep it on-brand
Wardrobe and props that fit your look mean every frame belongs to the same brand.

Questions people ask
How do the plans work?
Social media content runs on my Plan A, B or C packages, built around regular sessions rather than a one-off. You can see what each plan includes on the packages page, then arrange follow-up sessions from your client portal once booked.
How much content will I get from one session?
That comes down to how many looks and setups you bring. The more outfit changes and props you pack, the more varied posts we can build in the time, which is why a little planning beforehand pays off.
Can you frame for reels and stories, not just the grid?
Yes. We shoot vertical as well as square, so you have content sized for stories and reels alongside your grid, with no awkward cropping after the fact.
Can I bring my products to feature?
Please do. Products, packaging and the tools of your trade give your feed substance and tell people what you do. Bring anything you would want to show off.
