How it all works
Fill in the booking form using the link below, or give me a ring on 07884 366 342 if you’d rather talk it through first.
Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll get a confirmation email from me.
If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
Once you’ve booked, I’ll arrange a time to meet. A coffee somewhere local works well, or we can do it over Zoom or Google Meet if that’s easier.
Usually two to three weeks before your wedding day.
We’ll meet again, in person or over Zoom or Google Meet, to go through the final details and make sure the schedule for the day is sorted.
I’ll arrive at the time and place we’ve agreed and cover the day as planned.
Five to six weeks after your wedding, your photographs will be ready.
I’ll send you a link to your private online gallery, where you can look through everything and share it with family.
If you would like wall art or prints, just ask and I will arrange it for you.
There’s no obligation to buy anything. The images are yours.
Wall art is available as traditional framed prints, archival canvas, and fine art books.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Getting to know each other before the wedding makes a real difference. I’ll arrange a time to meet, whether that’s over a coffee somewhere local, at yours, or on a video call if you’re further away. It gives you a chance to ask questions, talk through your plans, and get a feel for how I work.
ALL DAY COVERAGE
I cover the full day, from the morning preparations right through to after the first dance. Being there all day means I don’t miss anything. The quiet moments between the big ones are often the ones that matter most, and I’m there for all of them.
HIGH RES IMAGES
Every package includes at least 400 high-resolution JPEG images, fully edited and ready to print at any size. You get a full personal licence with them, so you can print, share, and use them however you like. They’re yours to keep.
ONLINE IMAGE GALLERY
A couple of weeks after your wedding, I’ll send you a link to your online gallery. It’s password-protected, so you control who sees it. You can look through your photographs there and share them with family, and your full set of images comes on a USB drive as well.

Two meetings are included in every package. One early on, so we can get to know each other and go through your plans. One closer to the day, to go through the final details and make sure everything is in order.
Video calls are fine at any point if it’s easier.
A secure online gallery to view and share your photographs, available for six months.
A USB drive with your high-resolution photographs in JPEG format, plus the same images resized for sharing on social media and online.

ENGAGEMENT SHOOT £200
An engagement shoot is something I always recommend. It’s a chance for you and your partner to get used to being in front of the camera before the wedding, in a relaxed setting with no pressure.
Most people feel a bit self-conscious being photographed at first. It’s completely normal. Doing a shoot beforehand takes the edge off. By the time your wedding day comes, you’ve already been through it once with me, and it shows in the pictures.
You also end up with some good images from an important time in your life, before the wedding itself.
FINE ART ALBUMS
Every package includes £100 credit towards a fine art wedding album. These are hand-made books, printed to a very high standard, and they’re the best way to keep your photographs in a form that will last.
You can order an album for up to a year after your wedding, which gives you plenty of time to choose your favourite images.
