Southwold is where a good deal of my commercial and product work has happened, and it is a town that photographs unlike anywhere else in Suffolk.
The light off the sea decides the morning before you have taken a frame. Get there at the wrong hour and no amount of work afterwards will fix it. It is about forty minutes up the coast from my studio at Rendlesham, and worth the drive.

Studio location and travel from Southwold
The studio
My studio is at Base Business Park, Rendlesham, near Woodbridge, Suffolk. It is a purpose-built photography studio with professional lighting, a range of backdrops, changing facilities, and free parking directly outside.
Rendlesham is around thirty minutes from Southwold, up the A12 and A1095. The site is easy to find and well signed from the main road.
