Important to note
My commercial photography pricing is based on time and the overall requirements of the commission, rather than on a per-image basis.
These rates are intended for commissioned business photography, including workplace photography, business premises, office interiors, retail spaces, hospitality venues, industrial environments, manufacturing processes, PR photography, corporate events, networking events, awards evenings, documentary-style coverage, behind-the-scenes photography, branding imagery, marketing photography, website photography, social media content photography, editorial-style business portraits, team photography, staff-at-work imagery, location-based commercial portraits, and general visual content for companies, charities, public sector organisations, and other professional bodies.
This pricing structure is not suitable for headshots, portrait photography, or product photography. Those services are priced separately because they involve different workflows, deliverables, and, in some cases, a per-image pricing model.
For commercial commissions, I charge based on the time needed for the job, the nature of the brief, the location, and the level of post-production required.

Non-refundable booking fee
Important: All pricing includes the £80 non-refundable booking fee. This amount is paid at the time of booking and is deducted from your final invoice, it is not an additional charge.

To confirm your commercial photography session, a £80 non-refundable booking fee is required. This amount is not added on top of your session cost. It is deducted from the final invoice total.
Final image delivery is within 7 to 14 days after the full balance has been paid. If you need images sooner, expedited delivery options are available. Please see the optional add-ons for more information.
One complimentary reschedule is available if you provide more than 48 hours’ notice. This is subject to availability.

Licensing & Copyright
Once your invoice is settled in full, your business is granted standard usage rights for the final edited images. This covers use on your website, social media, printed marketing materials, and internal communications.
It is standard practice in commercial photography for the photographer to retain copyright. This does not restrict how you use the images to promote your business. The images are licensed to your business only. They cannot be passed to, sold to, or used by any other company or individual, including agencies, partners, or third-party suppliers, without my written permission. Where that kind of use is required, an additional licensing fee will apply.
I retain the right to use the final images in my portfolio, on my website, and across my marketing materials. If you would prefer that the images be kept private, I am happy to discuss this and put it in writing.
If you need extended licensing, such as exclusive use, rights across additional territories, or use within multiple campaigns, I can provide a separate quote for that.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The £80 booking fee is non-refundable, but it is deducted from your final session total.
We understand that plans may change. You’re welcome to reschedule once at no extra cost, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice and we have availability.
The booking fee will be retained to cover preparation and lost availability.
For Agencies and Larger Businesses.
I work regularly with marketing teams, PR agencies, and corporate departments. If your project needs staged delivery, quotes for internal sign-off, or structured timelines, I’m happy to help.
Staged invoicing
If your organisation requires staged payments such as deposits, part-payments, or final balances linked to delivery milestones, I am happy to accommodate this. Please let me know your preferred structure when booking so we can agree on terms in advance.
Shot lists and timeline plans
To ensure the photography session runs smoothly and captures everything you need, I can help develop shot lists and timeline plans in advance. This is especially helpful when working across departments or coordinating a tight schedule.
Usage guidance and documentation
If you are unsure how the final images can be used, I can provide clear guidance on the licensing terms. Written documentation can also be supplied for use by marketing teams, management, or internal approval processes.
